Our Homeless Support service is designed to help individuals who are currently experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless. We recognise that homelessness is often caused by a combination of factors, including financial hardship, family breakdown, health issues, trauma, or loss of employment.

We work proactively to support individuals in securing safe and appropriate accommodation, whether through temporary housing or longer-term solutions. Our team provides practical guidance throughout the housing process, including support with housing applications, benefit claims, identification documents, and communication with local authorities.

In addition to housing, we support individuals with accessing essential services such as GP registration, mental health support, substance misuse services, and community resources. Many individuals experiencing homelessness also struggle with isolation and low confidence, so emotional support and encouragement form a key part of our service.

Our approach focuses on stability and prevention. By addressing both immediate needs and underlying challenges, we aim to help individuals move away from homelessness permanently and build a more secure future.
